What we offer

Pixel Pioneer publishes editorial content (articles, scripts, videos) across three thematic channels and operates a small print-on-demand apparel store. The content is for informational purposes only — see the Disclaimer for the full statement, particularly the part about financial content.

Use of the site

You may read, link to, and share our public content for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution under fair-dealing / fair-use principles. You may not scrape, re-host, republish, or commercially redistribute our content without prior written permission.

You may not use the site to harass, defame, or distribute unlawful content; to attempt to access non-public systems; to interfere with normal operation of the site; or for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual property

All editorial content, designs, logos, channel marks, and original media on this site are the property of Pixel Pioneer or its licensors. The Pixel Pioneer name and the four-point-star-in-grid logo are trademarks of the studio. All rights reserved unless explicitly granted.

Apparel orders

Apparel is fulfilled by Printify. Order acceptance, production, and shipping are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors; in such cases any payment will be refunded.

User-submitted content

If you submit a comment, message, or other content through any of our channels, you represent that you have the right to do so, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service. You may withdraw this licence by asking us to delete the submission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Pioneer and its operators, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable laws of Canada. You agree that the courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these terms, except where consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable forum.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the services after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
